1. Data Controller

2. Categories of Personal Data
The website processes only the following types of data:
a) Personal data voluntarily provided by the user through the contact form (name, e-mail address and message content).
b) Strictly necessary technical/navigation data (anonymized or partial IP address, security logs and server diagnostics).
No profiling activities are carried out and no analytics tools are used.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
a) Responding to contact requests submitted by the user (Art. 6.1(b) GDPR – performance of pre-contractual measures).
b) Ensuring the security of the website and preventing abuse or cyber attacks (Art. 6.1(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).
c) Complying with legal obligations or responding to legitimate requests from authorities (Art. 6.1(c) GDPR).
4. Processing Methods and Security
Data are processed using electronic tools and appropriate technical/organizational security measures in compliance with Articles 24–32 GDPR, including HTTPS/TLS protocol, firewall protection and hosting security systems.
5. Place of Processing and Hosting
All processing activities take place within the European Union. Hosting services are provided by Aruba S.p.A. with infrastructure located in the EU.
6. Data Processor (Hosting Provider)
Aruba S.p.A. is appointed as External Data Processor pursuant to Article 28 GDPR, limited to hosting, infrastructure and security services.
7. Data Retention
Data submitted through the contact form are retained for a maximum of 12 months. Technical/server logs are stored for 7 to 30 days according to the hosting provider’s policies.
8. Data Recipients
Personal data are not shared with third parties. They may only be disclosed to public authorities in case of legal obligation, or to Aruba S.p.A. as external processor for hosting purposes.
9. Rights of the Data Subject
Users may exercise their rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR at any time, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability. Requests can be sent to: info@intelliware.it. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
10. Cookies
This website uses only technical cookies necessary for its proper functioning. No profiling, marketing or analytics cookies are used. Therefore, no cookie consent banner is required under the Italian DPA Guidelines (10 June 2021).
